The Digital Academy
In 2014, Luxury Branding was asked to provide digital consultancy and training services to the 11 resorts and 18 spas that comprise the Six Senses global portfolio.
With a brief to increase the ‘digital IQ’ of their social media teams, generate loyal, highly engaged audiences and ultimately drive direct bookings via the group’s website – Luxury Branding was tasked with creating a strategy that would enable more than 60 students based all over the world to learn the latest digital marketing techniques.
Our ‘big idea’ was to create the Six Senses Digital Academy – an online learning hub divided into seven monthly modules – each addressing a different social media channel or discipline.
Beginning with a seminar in Thailand, students then received monthly online training packs, supported by one-on-one Skype tutorials, theory exams and practical tests.
Special focus was given to improving each student’s multi-media content creation skills, whilst ensuring that all messaging conveyed the ethos and vision of this truly unique hospitality group.
